The Kohima Epitaph

Never shall we forget Thursday, 6TH November 2003, at 10 AM.
A granite memorial commissioned by the Burma Star Association for a garden of remembrance will be specially dedicated before Remembrance Sunday. The monument in the garden next to the war memorial at old Steine, Brighton, has been inscribed with the Kohima Epitaph, which reads:

"When you go home, tell them of us and say, for their tomorrow, we gave our today".
