What would you change about Brighton and Hove?
The dirty streets.
What living person do you most admire?
My mum and dad because they brought up three kids really well, they are very strong and very supportive. They have been through a lot being accepted into the country in the 1960s.
They’re not bitter, they’re just very nice, loving people and I’ve learnt a lot from them, a lot of strength.
What would your motto be?
Treat people the way you want to be treated.
What do you think Black and Minority Ethnic people have contributed to Brighton and Hove?
Quite a lot, it’s a hard question to answer. They’ve brought a lot of culture into Brighton, and knowledge.
They have brought situations together, businesses together and have a presence.
